1 Whirlfloc tablet
.5 tsp Wyeast Beer Nutrient Blend
Wyeast 1318 London Ale III
5 Gal pure spring water
3/4 Cup Corn Sugar for priming

Process

Grains steeped at 150 degrees for 30 min - first time sparging!
1 oz Fuggle at 60 min
.5 oz Willamette at 60 min
.5 oz Willamette at 30 min
Whirlfloc tab at 15 min
1 oz Fuggle at 10 min
.5 tsp yeast nutrient blend at 10 min

OG: 1.060
Racked to secondary on 2/13/16
Bottled on 2/21/16
27 12-oz bottles & 11 bigger ones of various size
FG: 1.010
