9.9 lbs Dark Malt Extract
24 oz Chocolate Malt
24 oz Crystal 80L Malt
1 oz Nugget hop pellets at 60 min
1 Whirlfloc tab
8 oz Trader Joe's cocoa
1.5 Vanilla Beans sliced in half at flame-out
Wyeast 1272 AM Ale II Activator yeast
.5 lb Larry's Beans "Bean Martin Blend" (coarsely ground)
OG: 1.070 (highest I've ever had)

Process
Racked to secondary on 7/21
Cold steeped coffee grounds for 24 hours & added to bottling bucket.

6.56% abv.
